एवं ते हरिशार्दूला गच्छन्तो बलदर्पिताः । अपश्यंस्ते गिरिश्रेष्ठं सह्यं द्रुमालतायुतम् ।।6.4.37।। सरांसि च सुपुल्लानि तटाकानि वनानि च ।।6.4.38।।

evaṃ te hariśārdūlā gacchanto baladarpitāḥ . apaśyaṃste giriśreṣṭhaṃ sahyaṃ drumālatāyutam ..6.4.37.. sarāṃsi ca supullāni taṭākāni vanāni ca ..6.4.38..

English Translation

"Those vanaras who were tigers among vanaras, proud of their might went to see (on their way) the Sahya Mountains, the foremost of the mountains with trees and creepers, lakes and ponds with fully blossomed lotuses."
